    Hi All,

    I've been following this forum for a while and admire all the ideas! Over the past year my partner and I have acquired 2 properties, the first is our PPOR with an 80% LVR and the second an inner city investment at 90% LVR.

    What would you all do next given the same situation? I know it's only recent since i first got the loans, but should i refinance my PPOR to 90% LVR and use the funds on another investment?

    I also need some advice on trusts and structuring for my portfolio. The PPOR is in my partner's name, and the investment is in mine. I know nothing in this field.

    Firstly welcome to the forum and I hope you enjoy our time with us.

    Probably need a bit more information to be able to give you a structured response and may involve some personal information which you probably dont want to disclose on a public forum.
