Hi,
Does anybody invest in Collie WA? Or know about the town? We are looking at buying a renovator that needs restumping, which will add some value when complete and have positive cashflow. However my main concern is the restumping process will cause major damage to the walls etc. Any comments please
Not sure about the restumping, but theres going to be a new power station being built in collie (subsequently new workers looking to buy houses) and the new perth to bunbury highway can only be a good thing for house prices. What area of collie are you looking to invest, I can give you some information if you like.
