Buying and moving an existing house to a new location

HI,

I am looking at buying a house and relocating it to another block. I am hoping that someone on this forum has had some experience with this and can fill me in on the pros and cons of such a plan as well as the planning and building costs that I will need to consider. I think that the moving of the house will be about $40K, what I am not sure about is the site costs, connection of services, council costs as well as the best way to finance such an investment.
