Hi, I hope someone can help me! We have decided to rent out our property over Christmas as a Holiday Rental so we have bookings already for numerous people coming in and out – so, a Holiday Rental property. My challenge is that as this is our primarly residence (we are renting currently in Sydney due to work), I still need to have reasonable contents insurance to cover our furniture.
Can anyone recommend a cost effective insurance coverage for a premium style home with furniture and contents to match? Any assistance would be most appreciated.
You really need landlords insurance for the public liability cover in case tenant injures themselves in your house.
Landlords insurance + additional contents insurance.

This company has a excess you have to pay for a claim.Not sure how good they are
