Hi everyone,
I have a investment property (house), Im considering selling. I was wondering what could i expect to be left over, if I sell?
Held for 4yrs. Rent $325pw.
Loan amount is $218k (fixed @ 9% 1.5yrs
)Bank and Real-estate evaluation come in at $385,000. But I'd take 375k.
If it helps I earn approx 55k-60k.
