At last, ING Direct launched their latest product
    Orange Advantage with 100% product
I went to HomeBuyers Expo last weekend as they were promoting their products

Anyone got experience with latest their offset account??

Yeah it is 5.89% however if you borrow over $300,000 then they give you a 0.25% discount down to 5.64%. There is a $199 p.a. fee with very low setup an exit fees. Personally I believe that over $300,000 this makes it very competitive however over $750,000 or so you can likely get a better discount elsewhere.  The main benefit is that ING has fantastic service compared to the majors.

You can use any ATM in Aus and as long as you withdraw more than $200 at a time then ING will refund the ATM fee charged by the ATM owner. Overall it is quite a good loan.

Yes GOD must admit it isnt bad if the loan amount is enough.

Processing with ING has slowed a bit at the moment and you still cop their legal fees on each deal but all in all not bad.
