Can anybody give me some advice on dual Tenancy arrangements. I saw new 5 bdrm 3 bath house tonight that has been purpose built for dual occupancy which will definitely CF + by $ 50- $100 for me. What are the pros and cons? Any management issues? Problems with resale? The house has two levels. In a good area.
