Building Designer / Autocad Skills

Hi Guys,

I have introduced myself before. Im Josh, I'm 23 years old, from Wallan, Victoria.

I am a building designer (draftsman) and work full time at an architects firm.

I have done a few private jobs on the side, and would like to do more.

I have about 2.5 years experience at my current job and a a 3 year course behind me.

I am not a registered building designer, however I am in the process of becoming registered.

I am willing to offer my Building Designer / Autocad skills to forum members at a discount price.

The reasons are below;

I cannot charge what a registered Building Designer charges, plus I only have 25 years experience. Not much when there are guys who have over 20 years.

Plus I would like to get to know fellow forum members as I am sure I can learn plenty about property investing through lots of you.

Even if its just an email looking for a bit of advice or something, happy to offer my opinion and learn a bit about your project.

I am not just limited to working for people locally, as these days there are emails and we can email drawings etc. back and forth.
