    WOW,

    Well yesterday I attended an auction in the above address near where I live.

    We are looking at buying another 2 golden oldies and doing 2 knock down rebuilds and want to keep abreast of the market.

    33 Princess street Hunters Hill sold for 2.262 million dollars when the agents opinions were all around the 1.850m mark so 400,000.00 out or 25% WOW

    I must say the house for its age was immaculate and beautifully presented … but wow what a result in this market.

    Not surprising at all really. I've been looking at several 4B around Lane Cove/Lower North Shore. 3 Bed you're dreaming for sub $1m regardless (almost) of the conditions.
