    Through me and my colleague's due diligence and network of investors, we come across a lot of properties.  Right now we are focused on NY and Baltimore, MD but mainly NY cause Baltimore is on it's way to being self sufficient do to the inside track of contacts in Baltimore Housing Commission, and Baltimore city government.
