Just wondering where if possible I can get a free credit check?
I remember seeing something in the past but can't quite remember.
Also are these any good, neither myself or my girlfriend have defaulted on payments.
But I've never had a credit card, so may no credit is bad credit?Cheers

The ones on http://www.mycreditfile.com.au and www.vedaadvantage.com look both like paid services.
Got halfway through the form on mycreditfle and it requested a credit card/bpay.
I don't mean to sound cheap

If you pay, you receive the file within 24 or 48 hrs (can't remember which one.) If you choose the free option, it only takes a couple of days. This was the case in August. Just have a good look through the website and you should have some success. Best of luck.
Just fax them asking for a copy of your file and they will provide it free via the post – within 14 days. If you want it faxed or emailed the same day it will cost you.

The last time I asked for mine I paid $28 by cd and it arrived by fastmail within about 10 mins.
