    Hi,
    Just wondering if anyone saw the recent interview on Switzer with Frank Gelber from BIS Shrapnel – its on the website if your interested: http://switzer.com.au/video

    I have been searching QLD property over the last couple of months and was planning on buying an IP in brisbane in the next 2-3mths however this has made me stop and think if i'm investing in the wrong state!!

    Would fellow forumites stop and restart their property search focusing on NSW based on this report? Or would you continue with the initial plan of buying a QLD property and wait longer for the boom?

    Any opinions appreciated!
