    This may sound like a stupid question but i was just interested in what property investors consider "close to transport".

    Is it walking distance eg 5-15 min walk?

    Or is a 10 minute drive to the train station still considered "close"?

    I would think a 5 to 10 minute walk is close to transport.  A 10 minute drive might be close if the transport is an airport, but not for train or bus

    close to transport would be around a 10 minute walk in my opinion
