property is hot in croydon (vic)

Hi everyone,

Just wandering if anyone else is finding that it is hot property at the moment. Myself and another person were going to do a JV in Croydon (VIC) and in the surrounding area, planning to subdivide but we are getting piped at the post every time, and as soon as a property hits the market it is selling within this area. Is it happening anywhere else?
