I have been told today by someone in the industry that the grant for rental properties, currently at $1000 is going up to equal home owners grant of $1600. That should cover most of the job if not all.
I'm still waiting on the latest update.
Just checked the website as few mins ago and it still said the there ceiling insulation for rental properties will be removed.

And I was thinking of utilising this benefit next yr!
