    Hi,
    I’m changing lenders, increasing my home loan for investment purposes,and removing a name from the original deeds. The new lender says the old one has to remove the name from the deeds before they take over the loan. The old lender is saying the new lender will do it.
    Anyone any the wiser?

    They are wrong. If they argue switch lenders.
