Property Investment Software: PIA vs POSH

I know this has been spoken abot briefly in some previous posts however I wanted some more updated and comprehensive feedback from people who have used and compared some of the property investing softwares out there.
I would really like to hear from anyone who has used both PIA and POSH and which of the two is better and why?
I have downloaded both the trial versions and I am willing to take the time to learn one of them so I can get as much use as possible out of them. Seems to me that keeping records of all relevant info and running P/L reports, etc and treating property investing like a business is a pretty good idea.

So which program has abtter interface for ease of use?
Which program runs better reports and includes more variables?

If there are better programs out there please feel free to suggest these too.

Look forward to hearing your thoughts!

I trialled POSH & previously ran Property Manager Pro (also from Manacom). Posh has issues running with more than one owner. I preferred PMP. Alternatively, download a trial version of Rentmaster – you can get the basic package quite cheaply. Handles most common situations. I use it for a mix of property types without an issue.
