    Hi Guys

    im a new member here, been reading through for a few weeks now and seems like a great forum

    not sure if this is the right section for an introduction, but anyway..

    im 23 years old and am building my first house, i want to get into property investing/developing when im older

    i have read numerous books and hoping to learn a lot on this forum for when the time comes to invest ill have to knowledge

    im a building designer, so my life is property at the moment

    anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and say gday, hopefully get to speak and learn a lot from you guys in the future
