Hi there,
I've just started looking into leasing my CBD apartment in Melbourne. My building manager suggested Astra Apartments, as they deal with coporate clients who would potentially take better care of my property. They are a leasing company and therefore would be paying regular rent and also cover the gaps in between tenants. I will be meeting them in a few weeks time, but would like a heads up from anyone who can help.
What I'd like to know is:
1) Has anyone dealt with this company and what has your experience been?
2) What are the pitfalls with leasing companies like this compared to going through a normal agencyAlternatively, if anyone knows of a good property manager for Melbourne CBD they'd like to recommend, it would be greatly appreciated!
