I recently found a property with D A approved the vendor agreed to vendor finance and Now I am looking for a commercial lender or venture partner to assist me in my project
Site is 6 units potential selling $1,610,000 cost of land $375,000 build cost $750-800,000
Centre of busy university Town
have all plans DA approved section 64/94 already approved
Vendor agrees to vendor finance over 12 Months and am looking at presales to overseas students studying medicine (4yr course) as potential purchasers or to rent from Investors
properties should sell $265-280 K once complete

Trevor you mention that you are after finance but then you say the Vendor is financing the deal so I am a little confused.
How much are you looking for and what sort of income are you currently earning.
Most things with the right LVR are doable however more information is required to provide a structured answer.
