    Hello Everyone

    We are considering purchasing a Defence Housing property as an investment property.

    Just wondering has anyone else purchased one before, we are weighing up the pros and cons of it all.

    The management fees are  high, rental income is safe, unsure about the purchase price , no room to negotiate on the purchase price and the long term capital appreciation of these properties.
