Obviously yields vary from area to area so nominate an area & yield, eg: Sydney CBD, Lower North Shore, Inner City, Inner West, West, South, South West, Inner East, Eastern.
A little bit of self-interest here (I've found one with what I think is a very attractive yield, very good area and would classify as a bargain) so I just want to see what others consider acceptable.

Have seen plenty of deals around Penrith over 5% but nothing has really lit my fire yet
