Hi All,
My wife and I are new at this game, we have just moved to Sydney and keen to get ahead. I've read Steve's new book and am practicing crunching the numbers. We understand that one of the first steps is to get a good accountant to get the foundation correct and have begun searching. We don't mind travelling in NSW for good advice. After looking at 'property investor' I noticed an ad for Strategic Property Accountants in Tweed heads with an office nearer to Sydney.
What do you all think? Who would you experienced people suggest?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Where ever you live there are dozens of great accountants in your local shopping centers I am sure …
MY advise go and meet/interview about 10 in your local area then chose one you like … we live in the 21st century and the majority of accountants today male and female are smart intelligent people trained to do their job well … today 98% is done on line so the ATO and the OSR will detect any cheats very quickly … I have 3 accountants in the building where I work and would gladly pick any one of them to do my books … good luck …
