I have just seen Paul Copeland at Cranstourn & Hussein. He is an accountant as well as a property developer and from my initial meeting with him I am impressed with the advice he gave to me.

I have found some accuntants are rude and don't understand about property.
I think the best accoutant is the one him/herself is also a property investor, so talking in the same lanaguage, language of property.Hi Lineth

As per my previous post, I have been using Prasanth at Specialised Business Solutions for almost 6 months now for my property investing needs and cannot fault. I have referred one of my good friends in Sydney as well who runs a business. Given the nature and frequency that he requires an accountant's services he has no trouble liaising over e-mail & phone.
