HI
I purchased a block of land in "Light Industrial ARea" Can anybody please tell me who to contact to do site works, building permits etc. I was going to try and do my self, but the shed erector does not have a builders lisence so it has blown a hole in my plan.
Thanks to any advice offered.
Which state Miss A? NSW does not require the licensing of commercial builders but Qld/ACT have registration.
Have your plans been drawn up & submitted to council? (Your shed mob should be able to do that much).
