    Quick question on the FHOG.

    If I want to build on land that I have previously purchased, am I able to obtain the grant ($25000, VIC) as long as I sign the build contract before the end of December 2009?

    Do I have to pour down the slab before December 31st 2009?

    What is the time frame in which the house must be completed in after the build contract is signed?

    Any info would be much appreciated.
