    Hi All,

Is anyone aware of a good website/company you can go to and see what property and/or land sold for? ie: specific addresses.
I imagine you would have to pay for this service? If so how much?

    Thanks in advance

There are plenty of sites available eg Domain.com.au which will direct you to the home price guide. Other sites include whatpricemyhome.com.au etc – just google a few (they all get some details from you and must pass details on to local agents (which isn't all that bad, at least they know that you are looking).

Other sources include your local REA – get to know them and they will provide you copies of sales data from CMS, PIM, RP Data, MyRP etc. These services do have subscription fees (over $300pcm) so unless you are going to get alot of value out of these services it probably isn't too cost efficient to subscribe.

    Hi All
I'm new to this site and was looking for some information about Park Trent Properties.
I've seen some comments (not good) about the Park Trent properties and the financing firm. All these comments are placed last year.
Recently I attended a seminar and after that a consultant came to our house and explained about good thing about investing in properties. I must say that the consultant is very convincing and recommended some properties near Brisbane Suburb. He booked for a meeting for us (me and my wife) at Woolongong next month.
With the bad comments placed on this site last year, I'm little concerned, even to going to the Woolongong meeting.

Does anybody have any recent comment about this property group? Any valuable comments will be appreciated.

    Regards

pvrpunnad >> Start a new topic, you have posted in someone elses Topic…

Tommygun>> I believe this will help you http://www.oldlistings.com.au/ and it is free. You can only search by suburb but it does give addresses and what price they were listed for. (not actual sale price)
I am in the NT and we have a great site up here that lists actual sale price, but only for the Territory http://www.nthomes.com.au

    I hope that helps you…

For those who don't spend $6K pa on an RPData subscription the best 2 (small $s) pay sites are:

    http://onthehouse.yahoo.com.au/
    A $9.95 annual susbcription fee

    http://streetsales.com.au/v1/app?page=Home&service=page
Pricing from $19.95 for 3 hours per state.

Be very careful of domain or re.com sold figures as they are REA advised and often wrong on later closer inspection.

We are looking to buy a new apartment, so that we can use the Gov grant. Does anyone know where to find info on new buildings being build? Or anything along those lines?

    you are very specific…

closer to the city, caulfield, st kilda and those areas. I know we have verly little chance of finding something like that in St kilda, but maybe around caulfield area. Carnegie, elwood..etc.

Well my apologies for being so direct but if you don't give specifics I will not be able to give you specific information to assist you.

I know of a development in St Kilda which you might like and it is close to your price range as well. Email me on [email protected] I'll be happy to pass on the details.
    Good luck!
