All Topics / Help Needed! / Subdevision 2 into 4
I am planning to subdivide in Ipswich QLD, I have my PPOR which i basically own that is i have enough in my offset account to pay it out. I brought the property next door as investment property which i borrowed 100% plus cost, both properties can be divided. My plan is to put an easement between both properties to create two battle axe properties. OK my question is build on properties and rent out or sell, Gian DA then then sell. Will Ato look at me as a developer. Should i sell PPOR to avoid CGT then move next door turning investment property into PPOR, Open to suggestions. I know i have some planning to do just looking for advice.
