Help needed in South Australia PORT PIRIE

I am up int he Gold Coast and my mother has an investment property in Port Pirie South Aust.

It has been effected by termites and I need a contact in South Aust to do a building inspection and outline to me the exact issues- structural or cosmetic so we can remediate.

I am having a hard time finding builders and also a decent inspector down there- most seem to not answer calls, return messages, their phones ring out or they have taken off to the mine areas or Central Qld to work.

If I can find an inspector down there then I guess I have nearly a weeks work for a decent builder to take down sheeting, cornices, skirting, cut out damage and then resheet new sheets, cornice, skirting up, then the pest guy to spray and treat and install barriers.

So if anyone can offer me some decent contacts down Port Pirie, Whyalla, or people that travel or a builder that will travel a bit to do the work as we are prepared to pay travel, and accommodation, meals plus a decent rate per day/ or job, as just want the home fixed for my mother and so she doesnt get put off investing ever again as she is just starting to build her confidence and learn about property.

It is my mothers first Investment Home and she is totally stressed and upset that it has been termite affected in a few walls. We had it inspected yearly, and did all the things correct- no gardens near the house, yearly check, no moisture, etc, ant capping.

I am unsure if they have got into the trusses, wall linings or exact extent until I can find and get a specialist there
