Hi All,
Come across this 2 year old complex comprising 7 divine units for sale.
Ground Flr – Carpark
1st Flr – 4 units (1,2,3,4) > 1 being extreme left and 4 being extreme right
2nd Flr – 3 units (5,6,7) > 5 being extreme left and 7 being extreme rightSuburb – Good Suburb, 3 km to Brisbane city, 200m walking distance to train
Good street also.All the units 1 to 7, have their main balcony facing the street.
Both unit4 and unit7 (extreme right) have their right hand of the unit facing the main road. Which are selling $30k less than
other units, all have the same inner size area.Noise is neligible when the glass sliding doors are closed at the balcony.
As an investor, should i take into consideration of the unit being next to the main road? Currently all the units are rented out.
