    Hello

We have about $50 000.00 worth of work to complete our beach side home before we put it on the market…which has been valued at 1.5M at the moment…….incomplete.

The upstairs extention is massive with beautiful cedar raked ceilings, wooden floors, massive open plan master bedroom and ensuite, WIR, complete bar/kitchen, theatre/games, office, guest toilet, , bi folds out to balcony, Ocean views….  (downstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets/bathrooms, large open plan kitchen living…formal dining/ sittng room)

I want to get window sills for all upstairs windows prior to putting on the market, (10-12) husband says NO.

I think it looks uncomplete without them and needs to be done, ……..What do you think.?

It depends upon the style of house & whether the sills are required to match any other sills in the house. If you don't need them don't put them in – added $$ for no return (They'll probably sit behind curtains anyway).

That is your personal taste, won't be beneficial in any way.
