    Hello Everyone,

    This is an invitation for anyone interested in property investing to come along to a networking meeting, listen to a fabulous guest speaker and meet lots of like minded people.

    In May we had the exceptional Ana Stankowic presenting on her renovation business.
    Wow. I think everyone was blown away by her talk. May. A stand out night, not least because of all the support form the WAIP group. A record attendance as experienced by us exceeding the room’s capacity! 55 people signed in. So thank you to everyone for coming along.

    This month we have the topic of Joint Ventures

    We are delighted to have Natalie Jardim from Bulletproof Property Group to speak with us on the hot topic of joint ventures.
    In a climate where it is more important then ever to have complete confidence in protecting ourselves when entering into contracts with others, come along and listen to Natalie. She is going to give us the ins and outs, the musts and must nots to ensure that any JV is likely to result in a successful and happy outcome for all parties concerned. So, if this is a topic which you have heard about and want to know more from someone who has used joint ventures very successfully, come along and all will be revealed. if you have had any experience of joint ventures yourself then we would love to hear your experience good or bad so that we can all learn from it.
    Natalie has used a variety of other property strategies as well and is happy to discuss others during the course of the evening (time permitting)

    Street parking is free

    Cost $12 per person to cover room and equipment hire costs

    Following Natalie’s talk there will be the opportunity for Q and A, networking, tea, coffee and nibbles.
