    Hi,
    I have just recently become aware of lease options or ‘rent to buy’ and would like to know more information about them from the property investor/landlord’s perspective. Are there any books out there that goes though it all in detail? eg. how to go about it, advantages of selling a property this way, possible down sides, how to go about creating the paperwork, etc etc.

    Hi Jo
    In Steve's book  "From 0-130 properties in 3.5 years" there is a chapter on lease options and a chapter on  Wraps (vendor terms)
