Hi there. I'm currently negotiating the purchase of a positively geared property in Port Hedland. It is brand new, leased for 3yrs with over 10% returns. Any advice, things to be weary of, information on the area would be greatly appreciated. I would love to hear from someone who has made a similar investment, or someone who thought about it but didn't and why.
