    Hi there,

I am a fairly new investor.  I have one property so far and I am looking to increase.  I thought that I should create a business card to leave with the necessary people however I am not exactly sure what info I should place on it.  I know the obvious ones but should I create a business name?  Also I am not sure about a title, I guess that I just put Property Investor?

    Some input would be great.

    Thanks,

Your name, your phone number, and what sort of property you are looking for (maybe on the back)
see http://www.vistaprint.com.au for do it yourself cheap business cards.

Try not to represent yourself as more high powered than you are.  Keep it very simple and inexpensive.   It is simply a method of conveniently giving someone your contact details.  You've probably heard the stories of property investors turning up to look at property in their daggiest old trackies (in the attempt not to let the RE agents expectations get away with themselves), well, a flashy business card would be the opposite of that.

Use vistaprint, I do (well it works).

Keep your card simple – ie name, contact details (ph, mobile, email, fax, postal), company name (if any).

Agents will generally keep your details in their database anyway (once you make a few contacts with them).
