Can anyone recommend a builder in Perth who can repair structural damage to a garage?
The steel bars through the brickwork in the garage are rusting and causing major cracking in brickwork as per the image below:

The concrete bed that the garage was built on has also cracked as a result.Lintels over door have also rusted and resulted in the brickwork cracking as per the image below:

The lintel closest to the roller door has lifted all the bricks that sit upon it. The only think stopping it from collapsing are the roller door brackets on the other side.The garage was added separately to the original house and has a flat tin roof. Any builder recommendations in Perth would be appreciated.

Most bricklayers would be able to fix this. Check your local newspaper for brickies who do lintel replacements.
you might want to consider using a galvanised lintel if there are corrosion issues in the area
If you tackle the demolition yourself take care when removing the roller door, they are spring loaded and can be pretty heavy.
