    Hello everyone

    I am interested in buying on vendors terms in WA. Would I be correct in saying that the vendor does not need to
    obtain a credit providers licence because they dont intend to operate as a business? (i.e. It is only a once off thing.)

    Secondly, does anyone know of any lawyers in WA that are versed in putting together the contracts for the above
    mentioned purpose?
