    Hi guys,

    I'm young and am about to purchase my first property within the next month, hopefully. I'm confident in our market and am very motivated, however i'm not so motivated in working for someone the rest of my life! I want to own my own business one day.

    Just wondering if there are any young people who have there own company, and/or how they went about it.

    Something like finding cash flow + properties for people..

    or something along those lines.

    Currently am at uni (studying finance, and plan to finish) but i don't want to be stuck working for someone? Any idea's guys?

    Anything would help.

    You/your company would need the full real estate licence to do that – only takes a 3 month course these days.
