    HI,

    I am trying to decide between purchasing a new 3 by 2 house on 240m2 of land for $325,000 in Butler WA or an old 4 by 2 with a granny flat house on 557m2 of land in Granville, NSW for low $300,000. What should I go? I realise land content is important but am thinking about the depreciation and less maintenance hassle of the newer house.

    What should I do?
