Hi all,
I am likely to be purchasing a small apartment in the Sydney CBD area, and wanted to find out if someone could recommend a good insurance company who can take care of the following. It is a 1-bedroom apartment, 64 sq m –
- Public liability insurance
- Home/contents insurance
- Landlord insurance
A rough estimate of how much the above insurance would cost per year would also be fantastic as I have not done this before..
Additionally if you have any advice on any further insurance might be worth taking out please let me know.

AjayNote that the apartment is leased out to a hotel… so if there are any further insurance measures worth taking under this arrangement let me know.
