    Hi Experts,

    Currently hunting for an apartment 3km from city.

    Question – how much 'remaining' left in Sinking fund is considered reasonable? Do i have to take into considerations
    1.) No of apts in the building?
    2.) how much of the corporate fees per mth going into Sinking fund?

    Apologises if my questions sound a bit dumb, a newbie hunting for 1st property.
