Catherine Hallgath and Mary Digiglio, both Law Society accredited specialists in property law, will present how to create successful joint ventures for investors.They will fill in the gaps on question and issues such as:

– The Pitfalls of a JV (legal pitfalls and pretty much all the things that can go possibly go wrong in a JV) and how to avoid them

– The benefits of doing a JV to get to the next level in your investing.
All attendees will be provided with comprehensive handouts on this talk. The floor will be opened any burning questions that you have about JVs and for advice on any hurdles you have had doing JV’s.
b) How Climate Change will affect your DA applications & sustainability for developers – What you need to do to ensure that your DA is not rendered void.There have been some interesting cases where development applications have been approved, acted on and then rendered void because of climate change issues. There is a ground breaking study being released this week that shows what works to make a building more sustainable and what does not. This is a definite must for anyone who is doing developments as an investing strategy.
