What rules govern a Freehold townhouse in QLD ?.  If for example a common area such as a driveway needs to be repaired, and one owner disagrees how are these disputes resolved?.  Who enforces the rules that normally exist in a body corporate scheme such as pets or what colours exterior walls can be painted?.  Do the owners form their own kind of body corp ?.
