- In my current PPOR which I purchased in Nov 08, 4 bdrm, and I already have housemates in the other 3, resulting in very close to neutral cashflow for the time being. Now I am interested in utilising the garage (which i barely use) to create a +CF situation.
I have a large, carpeted garage that has been converted into a games room by previous owners (Belconnen, ACT). It has phone/internet ports and I would be interested in renting this out as an office space. I believe it would be suitable for someone running a small/private business that needs space or a place to work. If anyone has some guidance on where I should advertise, the current market rates for office space, what I need to do (provide security/furniture etc) this that would be very much appreciated.
