Many investors do not set up their financing plan in the best way to suit their situation and later on run into problems getting more finance which means problems getting more deals. This can easily be avoided. If you had a well thought out plan based on your personal situation then you would be able to avoid a lot of the pitfalls that a lot of investors come across when getting their next deal.
