We are looking to purchase our first investment property . Wanting to spend up to 170k . Between Coffs harbour and Port macquarie. Does anyone reccommend kempsey to invest in.There are a few in that price range there. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Personally I'd look for a better area and one that has a v/good reason why it shouldn't go belly up ahh , should things go belly up.
Wouldn't feel safe in those two at all right now , JMO !
