    Hi all – I am trying to find a good source for property reports. I have heard of RPData, but are there any others that are good?

    My interest is in looking at sales history for a specific area (Sydney postcode 2000) during the last 3-4 years.

    Navigate those sites and see what tools suit.

    onthehouse is by far the cheapest although I'm not sure how it goes for doing a whole postcode search. By address or street, it is OK. Good for you in NSW. Also good for Qld. Not available in Vic where I'm based.
