Is Adelaide Bank still offering 0.7% off the variable interest rate for the life of the loan, for loans over $250,000?
I can't seem to find it on their site…
I am not sure – but why use them? What is the rate and the exit fees?

No, I don't want to go with them. I just want CBA to match/beat their offer
Do you think it will work?Adelaide Bank is now offering just 0.5% off…
Dont worry CBA have cut their rate discounts back as well unless the loan is > 750K
