The value is around $500,000.
We have decided to not build now, as we do not wish to move there.
Our previous plan was to move into the front house, after renovations, build the rear unit and rent it.
We will consider an"exchange" or barter for another property that would be in a reasonable location and good rental potential.
This may suit a developer/builder who has a new home/townhouse for sale and wishes to move onto the next property.
