    Hi all,

I am looking to get a PI at Melbourne city itself (Vic) and wonder if anyone has advice on what would be considered as a ‘good’ yield for a cashflow positive PI.

The PI will be on a loan.

    Hi,

For residential property, 7%+ would be a good result in metro areas.

For commercial property, 10%+ would be a superior return.

I recommend buying the following book:

"The Property Professors Top Australian Suburbs" – Peter Koulizos

    All the best,
